The client is a leading exporter of premium aluminum extrusions, supplying high-specification architectural curtain walls and industrial profiles to European and Middle Eastern markets. With surging overseas orders and increasingly stringent environmental regulations, their semi-automated production lines faced several operational bottlenecks:

1. Quality Fluctuation & Color Shading: Outdated temperature controls and uneven current density resulted in frequent color shading on complex profiles, leading to high rejection and re-plate rates.

2. Environmental Compliance & High Effluent Fees: Waste acid disposal was costly, traditional rinsing consumed excessive water, and acidic vapors degraded working conditions—exposing the facility to environmental audit risks.

3. Safety Risks & Heavy Labor Dependency: Manual crane operation hindered production standardization and posed constant safety risks, such as tank-drop incidents or material collisions, which severely capped total throughput.

To address these challenges, we engineered and delivered a Fully Automatic Smart Anodizing & Electrophoretic Deposition (ED) Line:

1. Precision Process & Power System: Equipped with high-frequency rectifiers, titanium plate heat exchangers, and closed-loop PID temperature control to ensure uniform current density and eliminate color shading.

2. EHS Eco-Friendly Systems: Implemented a 3/4-stage counter-current cascade rinsing system paired with diffusion dialysis, achieving over 80% free acid recovery. Installed push-pull exhaust hoods routed through a multi-stage wet scrubber for clean air discharge.

3. Fully Automated Operations (IoT & SCADA): Driven by a Siemens PLC master system with VFD gantry cranes, enabling end-to-end automated handling and real-time process data logging for full traceability.
